Meeting with one of the great names of the Quebec cultural and musical landscape: François Dompierre. The artist looks back on the cinematographic works and collaborations that have marked his career as a composer. From the parish organ to the great orchestras, he revisits his memories and describes in detail his working methods. Fulfilled by discovering and sharing, his creative impulse is expressed in multiple forms: music, literature or even food. Under his touch, images become music and music becomes an image. 
This documentary is part of the collection of self-produced films by the CINEMANIA Festival, the last two parts of which were devoted to filmmakers Louis Bélanger and Anaïs Barbeau-Lavalette were presented in 2020 and 2021.
