COLORS OF FIRE

February 1927. After the passing of Marcel Pericourt, his daughter, Madeleine, must take over the financial empire of which she inherits. But her son, Paul, unexpectedly and tragically leads her to ruin and downfall. Faced with the adversity of men, the corruption of her environment and the ambition of her entourage, Madeleine will have to do everything she can to survive and reconstruct her life in a France facing the first fires that will devastate Europe. The second film adaptation of the trilogy by writer Pierre Lemaître, Clovis Cornillac takes over and brilliantly continues what was established with Albert Dupontel's breathtaking Au revoir là-haut (presented at the closing of CINEMANIA in 2017).
