ICARUS AND THE MINOTAUR

Is the young Icarus meant to follow his father's footsteps, the inventor Daedalus, who works for King Minos? One day, in the royal palace, Icarus meets Asterion, a bull-headed boy with a good heart whose existence is hidden from the king. In order to save his friend, Icarus will have to live up to the heroes of myths and legends. Inspired by ancient myths while adapting them to a young audience, Icarus is performed by the talent of Niels Schneider (Theseus) and Camille Cottin (Ariadne), among others. Carlo Vogele here signs his first feature film after years as a Pixar Studio animator.
