RODEO (FR)

Cross-bitumen, also called “urban rodeo,” is a practice whose goal is to do a series of acrobatic figures with motorcycles. Director Lola Quivoron loves this visually fascinating illegal sport, which has its own culture, codes and community. She is also interested in the idea of creating an alternative family in places where homes are often broken. We follow Julia who has a devouring, almost animalistic, passion for this world. The young woman infiltrates this clandestine environment, before an accident makes her position vulnerable within the gang...
