When Simon and Hélène decide to sell a cellar in the building where they live in Paris, a man with a shady past buys it and moves in to live in semi-autonomy. His presence will change the couple's life. Philippe Le Guay abandons the retro and comic delights of Femmes du 6e étage to explore the depths of another building but also of the human soul. He creates a surprising psychological thriller that condemns certain negationist and conspiratorial drifts in our society. Facing the couple interpreted by Jérémie Renier and Bérénice Bejo, the great François Cluzet plays marvelously on the ambiguities of his character of quiet invader between good Samaritan persecuted for his ideas and dangerous anti-Semite.
